ANGELWEAR / LEGAL
These terms govern purchases from AngelWear. Seller/contact person: Александър Спасов. Email: angelwear242@gmail.com. Phone: 0879 884 187.
An order is submitted through the Shopify checkout. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. We may contact you when information is incomplete or a delivery issue arises.
The price shown at checkout is the product price applicable to the order. Delivery charges and any other applicable checkout charges are shown before the order is placed. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
We deliver across Europe. Orders in Bulgaria may be delivered with Econt; international orders may be handled by an available international courier. Delivery estimates can vary by destination and courier.
Where EU consumer law applies, consumers generally have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance purchase, subject to statutory exceptions. Returned goods should be kept in appropriate condition and handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Your mandatory consumer rights regarding defective or non-conforming goods are not limited by these terms. Contact us with your order details and a description of the issue.
AngelWear branding, original graphics, photographs and site content may not be copied or commercially reused without permission, except where the law allows otherwise.
These terms may be updated when our services, delivery methods or legal requirements change. The version applicable to an order is the version available when the order is placed.
ANGELWEAR / LEGAL
AngelWear respects your privacy. Contact person/data controller contact: Александър Спасов, angelwear242@gmail.com, 0879 884 187.
Depending on how you use the store, we may process your name, email, phone number, billing/delivery details, order information, communications, and technical information generated when you use the website.
We use personal data to process and deliver orders, provide customer support, prevent fraud and misuse, meet legal obligations, and—where permitted or consented to—send marketing communications.
Processing may be necessary to perform a contract with you, comply with legal obligations, pursue legitimate interests such as store security and service improvement, or rely on your consent where required.
Information may be shared when necessary with Shopify and relevant hosting/technology providers, payment providers, Econt or other delivery providers, and professional or public authorities where legally required. These parties may process data under their own terms and privacy notices.
Some service providers may process information outside your country. Where required, appropriate legal safeguards should be used for international transfers.
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for orders, support, accounting, dispute handling and applicable legal obligations.
Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability and withdrawal of consent. You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority. Contact us to exercise applicable rights.
The store and Shopify may use cookies and similar technologies needed for checkout, security, preferences, analytics and—where enabled—marketing. Consent controls should be used where required by law.
ANGELWEAR / DELIVERY
AngelWear ships across Europe. For Bulgaria, Econt may be available. For other European destinations, an available international courier may be used.
The available delivery method and charge are shown during checkout where configured. Delivery times are estimates and can vary by destination, courier operations, holidays and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If you are an EU consumer and the statutory right of withdrawal applies, you generally have 14 days from receipt to notify us that you wish to withdraw. Contact angelwear242@gmail.com or 0879 884 187 before sending a return so we can provide the correct instructions.
Items should be returned in appropriate condition. You may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning.
Eligible refunds are handled in accordance with applicable consumer law and the original payment method where possible. Statutory exceptions to withdrawal may apply to certain goods.
